1. HOUSING RESERVATION

After publication on our national and international portals . We will propose a firm reservation proposal . What you must accept or counter offer what is raised by the potential buyer.

 

2. ACCEPTANCE OF THE OFFER

We will stop the visits and process the pertinent documentation to prove the possible charges of the house.

 

3. PENITENTIAL ARRAYS

Once the loads have been verified, a private document is drawn up between buyer and seller where conditions and terms for the sale will be agreed..

( Not : 1 month for the signature at the notary, damage fix, name of the notary's office, etc. )

4. DOCUMENTATION

• community certificate
• energy certificate
• IBI current

 

5. EXPENSES

• municipal capital gain ( Tax on the Increase in the Value of urban land)
• equity increase ( Capital gains and losses tax )
• real estate fees

6. NOTARY
